Websites by their nature are never the same. What is a small website to one business is a large website to another. We have therefore created a baseline service that should cater to individual business needs, and offer a place to start on which services and other needs can be added on top.

We are fully comitted to offering you the best value for money that we can. We will never 'hit you with a bill' for something that takes more time than we thought. All prices quoted are final, unless you as the client decide that you need something added to the build.

Our packages are divided into three key offerings. A 'Services/Portfolio' package, an eCommerce package, and a fully bespoke made to specification package which needs specialist intergrations

Please note, the prices below are excluding hosting fees and platform fees. We use our favoured Website Platform Wix.com to build, host and manage the sites we create. Their charges are seperate to the invoice amount you will receive with us. You can find out more about how this will look on your invoice below!

Services and Portfolios
From: £289 (incl. VAT)
A Services and Portfolio website is the perfect place to showcase the work that you offer to your clients.
For example, you may be a Hairdresser that takes cash and bank transfer payments with no need for an online store, but you do need to showcase the different skills and qualifications that you have.
​
This package will create you a 4 page site with the key information needed to engage with your clients.
​
This will include a Home page to focus on the key elements of your business.
​
An About page to give your clients and insight to what makes you different from the competition and offer a more personal look at you.
​
A services page where you offer the fundamental selling points of your business and what they cost.
​
And finally, an all important Contacts page so people who interact with your site know how to get in touch with you and start the all important client-business relationship.

eCommerce
From: £429 (incl. VAT)
An eCommerce site includes the same fundamentals of a Portfolio or Services site, however, includes a fully working and manageable store where you can sell directly from your website and use it to take payments straight into your bank account through your preferred payment method.

By using the powerful tools at our disposal, we can create an online catalogue of your unique products and services that can be managed remotely, and added to or removed at the drop of a hat. We can even set it up so you can manage your online store straight from your phone, and add a new product, change its price, or remove it completed all from the luxury of your mobile phone.
​
We ensure that we don't just build you a website with this package, but instead, we give you the tools to manage your store independantly so you don't have to rely on others to keep your store up to date.
​
The eCommerce package includes loyalty management and gift card management to give you the tools to encourage repeat business with your client base.
​

Add On Services
Invoicing Explained
When a website is built, it needs to be hosted online so that people can visit it. Some website designers host their clients websites themselves on their own servers.
​
At Design-IT Websites, we choose not to. We use Wix.com servers which are robust, managed in multiple places globally, and monitored 24/7. This gives you a more reliable experience as the owner of the website, and gives us the powerful tools to turn your vision into a reality. What this does mean though, is that we must pay Wix.com for the hosting of your site, and the use of their tools to create your site.

What does that mean then? It means that you will receive an invoice from us, and you will also have to make a payment to Wix.com for their services. We believe that full transparency is really important, and Wix often discount their services for the first year. It means that by separating our services from them, you as the client will end up paying less for your website in the first year. We think it's really important that you get the best value for money, and this is how we achieve that.

How To Pay

Initial Deposit
When the schedule of work has been agreed, an initial deposit will be payable on invoice.
Ad Hoc Work on Invoice
Any Ad-Hoc work (such as Media Packages) may be billed on seperate invoices, depending on the work that is required.
Payment to Wix.com
Clients will make the payment for hosting and domain directly to Wix.com - this is the most cost effective way as Wix often discount their fees for new customers.
Monthly Retainer on Invoice
Only once the Website has been completed will you be billed for retention. We only want you to pay when you're satisfied that the site meets your brief.
Invoice on Completion
Once the work has been completed, the invoice will be sent for payment to the client.
Ongoing Work on Invoice
Any ongoing work outside of the completed website will be billed on a seperate invoice (for example, additional pages or ground up redesigns).
